The condo is an absolute oceanfront condo with a lanai (balcony) that offers beautiful ocean views. Both bedroom & living room face the beautiful Pacific Ocean, and the condo includes cable tv, and high-speed internet/wi-fi.

This top-floor getaway has too many upgrades to mention, but most recently they include new stainless steel appliances, bathroom-assist grab bars, and luxury flooring.

All around great property. Could use some updating and cosmetic work (peeling paint, metal scuffs, general wear and tear). Nothing that would prohibit my returning.
