Beautiful and spacious house on the seafront, unbeatable location with wonderful views of the bay and direct access to the sea, as well as a private pool for guests.
I also highlight its tranquility and proximity to the center of Puerto de Alcúdia.
It has a capacity for 10 people, with 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the main floor, there is a large living-dining room and a fully furnished kitchen, both with access to the porch where you can enjoy panoramic views.
On the ground floor, there is also a dining room with access to a terrace furnished with sun loungers, a swing, and a ping pong table.
Equipped with air conditioning in each bedroom and in the living-dining room. The house is located in a privileged area, in the Alcanada urbanization, 5 minutes from Puerto de Alcúdia.
- SECURITY DEPOSIT TO BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL AT THE HOUSE: €300.
- ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION IS PAID SEPARATELY AT €0.40/kWh.
- THE ECOTAX (LOCAL TAX PAID BY TOURISTS) MUST BE PAID UPON ARRIVAL AT THE HOUSE.

Really lovely place, the view is just amazing. Well set up with lots of space to eat inside and out. Really fantastic, wish we could have stayed longer! Perfect for cycling trips with a big garbage to store your bikes as we did.
