Located on the plateau of fat Labeaume on extensive grounds planted with oaks and olive trees from many hiking trails. Just 2 Kms from the picturesque village of Labeaume (ranked among the most beautiful in France) and its splendid river.
Close to all shops and activities this property is ideally placed.
Near Vallon Pont d'Arc and the Chauvet Cave (Cave of the arc bridge).
At the first level a large living room, a kitchen, a toilet, a large terrace with barbecue.
Upstairs two bedrooms with 140x190cm bed each. Italian shower bathroom and separate WC. Above ground 6.57 m long and 4,07m wide and 1,20m in height.

This is an amazing villa, probably the best we have ever stayed in. It is approached via a long drive which gives it an air of seclusion. The building itself is imposing and affords great views from the first floor terrace. Inside it is light and airy and there is air conditioning in every room. The garden and pool are great. Just perfect. We hope to return one day.

This property is amazing, everything we wanted. Tranquil setting, fab pool, and a great host. It was not far from other amenities and approx 20 min stroll into village. Lots of places to visit. We loved it. Y

We spent two weeks here in early 2018 and cant wait to come back. the house wants for nothing -beautifully converted and restored, with attentive owners.
The views from the terrace are outstanding and make the perfect back drop for your outdoor breakfast!
Both Labeaume and Ruom are very special places to visit on your doorstep and meet all of your needs -and with neo-vinum on hand nearby (Google it!) your wine needs are fully catered for.
Worth making the effort to get up early for the Friday market in Ruom.
The most relaxing holiday we have ever had -many thanks Mr Charriere!
