This delightful, four bedroom, two bath, attached duplex is nestled among stand alone homes that rent for two, three, four or more times as much in the desirable Old Tom Nevers triangle! The property is meticulously maintained with a private yard and great outdoor entertaining space. There are two bedrooms located on the first floor and two on the second floor. Although there is a wonderful ocean breeze throughout the house, AC units are in all of the bedrooms. A short walk along a no outlet road leads to community stairs accessing a quiet, pristine beach. Beach gear for your enjoyment is stored in the shed. Using Google maps will help you get a better appreciation of this property, unique to the area, in this lovely neighborhood.

You will not be disappointed in this vacation home. Please peruse our reviews. While we enjoy all our repeat renters, who have bonded with 12 Old Tom Nevers, we look forward to hosting you and your family as well at this special spot on Nantucket Island.
