Cabin was great, very spacious and comfortable, and the Big Canoe area was beautiful.

We chose it because of the large seating area around the TV to binge watch a show! But the downstairs didn’t have any heat and there wasn't a hot tub!

The names of all family member that was submitted several days were not on the list when we checked in. We could get into the rental at 4 but at 5:15 when we started arriving I was told they were still entering names of the individuals staying at the house.
Those not on the list would be turned away at the gate.
Linens could definitely be upgraded
The only thermostat was in the main level bedroom. The bedroom in the basement on the left side of the stairs was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep. The bedroom on the right side of the staircase in the basement was cold.
