Perched over a quiet stretch of Caribbean coast between Soliman and Tankah Bays, Casa Dos Bahias offers a luxurious and tranquil Riviera Maya experience. This 4 bedroom, 5 bath house provides spectacular Caribbean views from every room. Designed for flexibility to meet the desires of individuals, couples and families, the main level can be enjoyed as one large open space or easily partitioned with an insulated wall to create dual, two bedroom units.
Casa Dos Bahias is located 6 miles north of Tulum, 70 miles south of the Cancun airport, an easy drive on 4 lane Highway 307. It's in close proximity to the Mayan ruins in Tulum and Coba. Cenot Manatee, a popular diving spot, is one mile away. The Xel Ha aquatic park, a popular family recreation area, is 15 minutes away. We provide our guests with an extensive list of local attractions and restuarant options in the area, including several on our road. From May through Setember, the beach hosts many sea turtles that come on shore at night to build nests. They are awe inspiring to observe.
Additional amenities include:
• Beachside swimming pool
• Poolside dining area
• Covered and open patio areas
• Large second floor terrace
• Two rooftop terraces, with views of both bays
• Two fully equipped kitchens
• High speed wireless internet
• Satellite televisions in the living room and each bedroom
Our property manager, Augustin, provides personalized service during your stay. Our housekeeper, Cyndi, provides services Monday through Saturday. Our groundskeeper, Luis, provides weekday services.

What a wonderful week with the college aged kids! The property is a few miles north of downtown Tulum where you can get groceries, go out to eat, etcThe property itself was great! Nice pool, well appointed kitchen, nicely decorated. There is plenty of afternoon shade on the pool deck and the rooftops are great for stargazing!The property had maid and grounds staff that come daily (dont forget to tip them)Possible cons: summer seaweed blooms and the bumpy 3km road to the property- these are pretty minor and unavoidable in the area

View is strikingly beautiful.Not a swimming beach…too many rocks.Sargassum season is early this year…the clear days just perfect.Need a rental car to get around.House staff very helpful and house and grounds kept pristine. House manager, Augustin, very prompt with responses to all questions. Owner also very responsive to VRBO sent questionsDefinitely highly recommend this place for a relaxing and quiet stay

Property is as advertised, wonderful place to stay and has all the basic amenities you need for a week. Pool was a huge plus as the seaweed made the beach unacceptable. Only minor complaint would be the Wifi/internet, it goes in and out and I wasn't able to do some work, that I needed to do. Would definitely stay here again on a non-working holiday.

The house was fine except the refrigerators don’t work well. They came to fix but still not cooling properly. The beach area is NOT like the picture. I knew it was a rocky beach but the “beach sand” picture must be very old. There is no hammock or bicycles, very disappointing. Also, there is no BBQ like in the picture so they gave us an old Weber grill.
