You will also find a dining table for four, breakfast bar seating for three, and a high-top table by the window. Its corner orientation creates a broad 120-degree outlook, making the living area an inviting place to watch the city and mountains change throughout the day. The open-concept kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, five-burner gas range, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig K-Duo coffee maker, electric tea kettle, toaster, and blender. A starter supply of dishwashing and paper essentials is provided, along with locally roasted coffee from Dynamite Roasting Co. and tea from Asheville Tea Company.

Parking & EV Charging
Valet parking for one vehicle is included with your reservation and provides in-and-out access throughout your stay. Guests who prefer to self-park may use Downtown Asheville public parking. The closest public garage is directly across the street at 16 Broadway Avenue, attached to the AC Hotel. Valet attendants are unable to connect, disconnect, or process payment for EV charging equipment. The closest public EV charging option is at 16 Broadway Avenue.

Access
After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation message through VRBO and a welcome text. The rental agreement will also be provided through VRBO messaging and by email for easy completion, and it must be completed before access information is released. Your lockbox access code is sent by text on the day of arrival.
