Right in the middle of a quiet rural village and situated in the lake county, (good fishing area) an hour from Dublin, this is the ideal spot to relax or use as a base to travel from. Golf is big, with 5 golf courses within half an hour travelling distance. The house, once the village bakery, is to the rear of Weirs Bar & Restaurant, our award winning Gastro Pub. Our restaurant open's Wed-Sat 12.30 -8.30pm & Sunday, 12.30-8pm. The house is decorated quite modernly and we will do our best to help you enjoy your holiday.
We have just received a Bridgestone Award 'Best in Ireland 2022' so we are delighted with that.

The warmest welcome, fabulous hosts, great food and wine, and of course Guinness. Nothing was too much trouble. The accommodation was spacious, clean and well maintained. It was also extremely well equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable weeks stay.We had a great week, thank you.

The hosts were so welcoming and warm! The pub was filled with friendly wonderful people, and the food was fantastic (especially the sticky toffee pudding!). We can't wait to stay there again and will absolutely recommend this listing to everyone we know going to Ireland.

Great visit, Room was wonderful, Restaurant was fabulous and we had a great time partying with the locals in the Pub!! 1 hour outside Dublin to drive or a train 15 minutes away. We did both and we're happy with each option. We will be back for sure. Kindest people you will meet!!!
