Situated in the heart of Monopoli, 30 metres from the sea and 50 metres from the Old Port beach.
A typical house in the historic center of Monopoli, completely renovated and decorated in May 2015, just steps from the sea and the Charles V Castle. The house has four floors plus a terrace, equipped with all amenities, and consists of three bedrooms, all with double beds, each with its own bathroom. On the fourth floor is a kitchen-dining room with a sofa bed, leading to a spectacular terrace with sea views, furnished with a parasol, dining table and chairs, a living room, and a barbecue.
The bedroom on the first floor has a bathroom with separate access and can be rented separately (no access to the upper floors and terraces).
Prices are for 6-7 guests (3 bedrooms). For fewer guests (minimum 2 bedrooms), please contact me for a quote. Children's beds can be added.
This indicates that there are stairs in the apartment and is not suitable for people with disabilities.
The old town of Monopoli is closed to traffic and free parking is available approximately 200 metres away.

Great location and I can't say enough about the view from the upper deck. This is a 4 level apartment, The entrance is at street level, the next two levels each have a bedroom with bathroom, the next level is the kitchen/seating area then up one more floor to the deck and stunning view. Very walkable to everything including the train depot. I would certainly stay here again.

The location is phenomenal! Many floors and steep steps. You have to park at least 10mins. away.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and in a great location. The listing was some what miss leading as each bedroom is on a different level of the house and kitchen and roof top we’re up 3-4
Flights of steps. I was traveling with my elderly family and was unaware of the flights of steps prior to our stay. Listing also stated there was a TV which there was not
Finally, the property is inside the walled city and thus you can not drive to it which was not much of a problem and made it a great location and easily walkable
