A perfect holiday cottage for the whole family. Spacious lounge/diner and three bedrooms (2 x doubles and 1 x twin), all on one level means it's ideal for those with mobility issues and four-legged furry friends alike! Close proximity to the beach, the pretty beck and all village shops and eateries makes this the ideal base from which to experience the magic of Staithes.

Clean room, easy check in. Only issue we found is the listing being misleading as it seems you are on the seaside but once you arrive it is on a regular street with a 5-10 minute walk down to the seafront.

Lovely village, the parking rules are rather draconian and I to bend them somewhat, it was also not the greatest location for my 86 year old father who is less than steady on his feet nowadays.

Very quaint cottage in a prime location. Slight issue with access as my husbands wheelchair was too wide to get into wet room but Jon and Shona with the help of their friend Phill came to the rescue. They went above and beyond to help and were excellent hosts, thank you . It would not put us off returning.

good placs in mjddle of staiths handy for eating out and trips out eg. whitby saltburn sandsend runswick etc.
