During holidays or a short stay, we welcome you to the Dordogne in a green and peaceful setting.
Charming cottage with terrace in a wooded area by the pool, located in Calviac in Périgord in the heart of Périgord Noir, near the Dordogne river and 10 km from the medieval city of Sarlat.
The "olivier" gîte, cosy, comfortable, single-storey is fully equipped with an air conditioned living room / kitchen, one bedroom with a queen size bed, a shower room and separated toilets.
You will appreciate the peace and quiet of the area.

Washing machine - dishwasher - TV (TNT / sattelite) - barbecue
Sheets and towels for bath are provided.
Terrace with garden furniture.
Swimming pool (5x10m) - not eated - to be shared with the two others cottages - open from may to october.
Bikes available on site. Cycle path at 1.5km. Table tennis.
WiFi access
Parking; Large outdoor car park on site below the 3 cottages. cottage adjoining.
No access for people with reduced mobility.
Local shops accessible within 5 km. supermarket 10 km, Sarlat or Souillac.

Excellent communication from the host. Beautiful clean gite with everything you need for a couple to stay in comfort. Beds very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Alexandra

Property is very clean well equipped and perfectly placed to explore the area , we enjoyed the pool the wild life and the local towns and markets. Alexandria was nice and very helpful.
We had a lovely time there and would recommend it to anyone.
