This colorful modern home is the perfect spot for your Fort Collins getaway! Located in Old Town North, this home is just minutes away from world-class breweries, the Poudre River Trail and Whitewater Park, and Old Town’s shopping and restaurants. Perfect for families or groups who want to enjoy sunset mountain views from the hot tub on the rooftop patio; wake up rested in the cozy bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms; serve up a feast from the fully-equipped kitchen; or challenge each other to a Skee-Ball, Atari, Nintendo, or Sony PlayStation tournament.

I loved the location and the set up of this home. The walk to town through the park cutoff is so easy and scenic. Very clean and comfy beds. Host was very easy to work with. My only comment that might be improved upon was in the downstairs TV room, the area rugs are uneven and are rumpling up and were kind of some trip hazards

Hot tub was hot, had a fabulous view. Kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and cooking basics. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. Best stay to date.

We had a great stay. The beds were very comfortable, and we especially appreciated that three of the bedrooms each had their own bathroom, which made it really convenient for everyone. The location was great—close to food and restaurants downtown and within walking distance to a fun creek area. The hosts were very friendly and responded quickly to any questions we had. We’d definitely stay here again!
