Sweet place. The river is so close and it was so beautiful when stayed at the Sturgeon River Hideaway in early Jan 2026, right after a huge snow. Very considerate and communicative owner. Thanks!

William was super responsive and helpful. House was perfect for what we needed. Great place to get away, be on the river, and enjoy northern Michigan!

This place has some soul! Beautiful stay. Clean. Easy to communicate with owners and the ripple of the river with a fire going was a beautiful way to unwind. Thank you

Host was excellent. Location excellent. Ambience excellent, wonderful stay. The only critique would be to have the cleaners get the cobwebs off the ceiling and all light fixtures. Otherwise, absolutely awesome.
