Our group of seven adults were very comfortable and very much enjoyed our stay at La Mer Villa. The views were spectacular 24/7. Even with the east side of the island being a little more remote than the west, we were pleasantly surprised by how close-by we were to grocery, coffee, restaurants (4-5 minute drive). We would stay here again.

The property is beautiful. Views are amazing. Kitchen was very well appointed. Beds are very comfortable. A few items guests may want to know: bedrooms do not have shades - can be very bright, especially on the upper levels, but we saw many gorgeous sunrises. The driveway, like many on St John, is tight and steep, especially with the owner's car parked there, so if you will have more than 1 vehicle, be prepared to back in/out and/or manuever to turn around. Hoping the main entrance door can be repaired quickly, it would make access to the main living/kitchen much more convenient. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

La Mer was the exactly what we were looking for. Yes, you need to navigate up the mountain, BUT you are rewarded with a million dollar view of Coral Bay and the BVI’s by day and the most beautiful sounds and sky at night. The house is stocked and feels like a spa. I cried when we left!
