Reviewer Comments:
Housekeeping is absolutely horrible. Filthy dirty. We are clean people, this unit was more clean after our departure. Water from bathroom sink was a trickle. The owners of these units should know what’s going on. I have photos and will be posting. Afternoon of pick up for our key we were asked if we would like 2 towels for $10. There was a sign on the counter: 2 towels for $10. Thought that was a nice gesture, some property agencies, give welcome bags, buckets etc...Received a call from Florida Lifestyle rentals when I returned home asking “where are the towels” they were rentals. The sign on the front desk did not say rentals. I will be returning them and continue to rent from Plumee. The elevator at The Chateaux has had many issues over the years, was not told the elevator was not operating until we picked up our key
