The place was very clean. The bunk bed matresses where not very comfortable.

The house has no central air but when you open the windows the breeze hits really nicely. The house was quaint and cute.

The location of the property was great (easy walk to Vons and downtown). But the property is really dated and not clean (carpet stains, stains on the couch, bed skirts dirty).

This place was a gem. So charming and walking distance to all you need. Pantry had lots of necessities and Vons around the corner made it easy to actually cook at home. It was quiet and rooms were private. Highly recommend!

This well cared for vacation home is the lower half of a duplex located approximately 2 1/2 blocks from the green Pleasure Pier and downtown Avalon. It is a one level home with three bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, the third bedroom has a queen bed, the living room has a double sofa sleeper with new carpeting installed. In addition to wireless internet, you will find a very well-equipped kitchen with a large family dining table next to the kitchen and washer/dryer. The living room offers a 40-inch flat panel UHD 4K Smart TV and a DVD player. No smoking. 316CA Lower QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas strictly prohibited). | | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).
