This vacation home is the top half of a duplex. It is a very well cared for 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath home located approximately 2 1/2 blocks from the green Pleasure Pier and downtown Avalon. Two of the bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the other two bedrooms each have a set of bunk beds and new carpet recently installed. If needed, the living room has a queen sofa sleeper. In addition to the full bath, there is also a half bath located beyond the kitchen. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, this home offers a 40-inch flat panel UHD 4K Smart TV in the living room, wireless internet and washer/dryer. No smoking. 316CA Upper QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas strictly prohibited). | | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day).

The location was perfect and everything was within walking distance for us. It was very close to the grocery store and restaurants. They had fans for each bedroom and that really helped as it was very warm when we were there.
The only complaint was the bathtub drain was very slow and in the half bathroom the window pain was broken so it was always open. It was nice there was a screen but it lacked a little privacy.
I would rent this again, the convenience out weighs the few little complaints. There was a table that sat 8 people as well and that was great for coffee in the morning and conversation and drinks later.

Home was 2.5 blocks from the main strip of activity. Small town and thing close early so a great getaway from busy life.
