The house is in a great location and was clean.Pet friendly which was great.Easy to communicate with the host.The stay was very enjoyable.

The property was located in a safe area. We were under the impression that one of the bathrooms would have been attached to a bedroom for an en-suite but that was not the case. Mattresses on the beds need to be replaced badly. The carpet in the bedrooms seemed older and dingy. The space was fine and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need.

Great setup for our family of 4 with a dog. Great location. Walkable to everything we did including a Vanderbilt college tour and Nashville trolley tour. Enjoyed the fenced in yard on a sunny day with our lazy dog.
