This listing and host are great! The listing details are accurate and the place was exactly what we needed. For those of us that have more than two kiddos it is a challenge to find places to have kiddo sleeping quarters comfortable enough that they are not fighting over bed space and covers all night long... Half this trip was a conference I was attending and brought the family along, it is a challenge even at the "Suite" locations as those typically have a hide-a-bed... This listing had beds for each kiddo and there was no fighting over bed space!! Hallelujah!The other requirement I needed was steps from the beach and this listing did not disappoint!During our researching, there were many listings along the gulf coastline, and many will reference Clearwater with a more "tourist" vibe and lots of people, where this listing in Indian Rocks was it was much more quiet and local vibe which was great. We did do a drive to Clearwater to check it out and there were SO MANY people it felt super tourist like... My wife and I looked at each other and laughed, "Ya maybe 20 years ago we could do it!". If you prefer quieter quarters that this listing will be perfect!We will be booking this listing again when we need sunshine and vaca!

The condo was exactly as shown in the listing, walking distance to restaurants and shops, and the owner provided items that make staying away from home easier (laundry basket, fan, water toys, full kitchen items, etc). Overall we had a great experience!

Great location, beautifully decorated, roomy, very well stocked. The only problem was I didn’t see a unit number on anything of the instructions. I had a couple of the other girls look behind me but couldn’t figure it out. We just looked at the pics to try and figure it out and did. Overall an excellence experience and would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful condo. Disliked the 33 stairs up/down. View fair-could not sleep because main bedroom on Gulf Blvd. and very noisy. Ocean view poor. Not as I had hoped for. Lisa responded to issues very quickly when I needed her.
