DON’T FEEL LIKE DRIVING? Two minutes away (1.3 miles) from Trax Historic Sandy Station where you can take the 994 bus directly to the ski resort or take the blue rail downtown to enjoy SLC night life. It costs just a few bucks and takes you straight to your destination.

Very beautiful completely remodeled condo. Very high end linens and beds. Fully stocked with everything you need for a great trip. Unit is a bit small but the use of space and design is perfect. Note that there are 2 sets of pretty steep stairs to get to the downstairs bedroom or upstairs bedrooms. Also while the inside is amazing the neighborhood is older and a little unkept.

The cleanliness of the townhome was great. However, the pictures make it look WAY bigger than it actually is. VERY small living room and the bedrooms were a bit tight. The neighborhood isn’t good. The backyard looks into a bunch of neighbor’s run down out buildings. The backyard is pretty at night though when you can’t see all of the shacks in the neighbor’s yards. The kitchen oven doesn’t work so it ruined our Christmas dinner. The landlord however, was very quick to respond to my call about the oven. Unfortunately, we couldn’t get it fixed. I feel the landlord has done their best with the property but they can’t fix the size of the townhome or fix the neighborhood.
