This place was a little hard to find in maps but the host had good directions as its in an alley way. I’m thankful my car rental had 4x4 during this spring break up season (April) otherwise I don’t know if I would be made it without getting stuck. The place was super clean with cute signs everywhere, the beds were super comfy, it has a nice full size washer & dryer, it was quiet and we felt safe. The floors were a little creaky but it was a perfect place to stay for a weekend in Fairbanks. It was centrally located and less than 10 mins from every where.

Great communication. This was the perfect place for me and three unrelated teenagers. The outdoor temperatures were -45F while we were here for three days. The rental was toasty warm and very clean. I’m glad we had additional directions to the rental-it was very quiet and on a dead end portion of the street. Extension cords for our car were easy to use (and essential at -45F!). We’ll stay here again!
