Clean and roomy! Convenient to everything.
The door knobs kept falling off of bedroom doors and hinges squeaked. Need more bedside tables and maybe a mirror. Easy fixes but would make it better.

Perfect location; can make it to the airport (or even North Pole) in under 15 minutes. This is my preferred bnb when I’m visiting Fairbanks. The hosts are inviting and super accommodating. The place is always clean and located in a quiet neighborhood. These are super hosts for sure!

Cleanliness, nice rooms, brightness lighting all around, easy communication with the property owner, easy door access
The upstairs neighbor playing loud music till 1:30 am and making dragging noise at 5am. The neighbor should have a noise curfew

The Beds were amazing. There was enough blankets and towels. There was enough pots and pans. The apartment was close to activities.
I didnt like the fact that there wasn't enough hot water for 1 person to take a shower let alone 2 people. The door knobs kept falling off and locking people in the rooms ot vice versa. There was no mention in the description that you had to pay for washer and dryer. The door leading out to the garage wouldn't lock, anyone had access to come into the house.
