The kitchen met all our needs. The place was clean, comfortable, and had nice decor that made us feel at home.

One bedroom has a doorknob that doesn’t seem to lock properly, but it didn’t cause us any issues.

This property was a pleasant surprise. I am familiar with Fairbanks and thought twice about staying on this side of town. Times have changed. This is a quiet neighborhood and we felt very safe. The interior was modern and clean. I will be staying here in the future if available. The cozy blankets really made it comfortable to sit and visit in the living room. Check in was super easy. I got a message with the code and the only instructions for check out was to just collect the trash. That was refreshing. Good property, great stay!

The hot water takes a bit of patience. I knew it was coming and guessed that it had a long way to travel. Ran the sink for a while until it got there. Certainly not a deal breaker.

Alloggio con ampio living con cucina a vista dotata di tutto, con due comode camere da letto.

L'alloggio si trova in una zona periferica che non offre nulla.

We were a little lost when it came to locating the host. But, there was an office for another rental business nearby and we got their number. She was very helpful and we were able to quickly overcome the obstacle. The interior of the condo far exceeded the outside appearance. Very clean and well stocked.

It was upstairs, but we knew that going in. We had a lot of baggage to haul.
