Easy access
Very comfy and cozy
Large space
Wall noise from the heaters were constant (they provide ear plugs but I can’t sleep with those in)
Shower is slow to drain
Beds are very squeaky

the kitchen was very well equipped and it had great laundry facilities. It was located right downtown near the bus depot. I didn’t have a car so that was lovely. alas the bus system does not run on the weekends
it was hot inside (the heat was on in the bedrooms and it was 82 degrees outside). the couch was uncomfortable

Good location. Spacious apartment.
Temperature control did not work too well. 1 bathroom for 2 bedrooms was a bit of a hassle

The location, the privacy, and the amenities.
No hooks to hang up jackets.
