Great location. Great recommendation la for food and pre baseball game entertainment. EXCELLENT communication with us. My handbag already said we will book this same location on our next trip.

This worked well for what we needed. The bathroom was kind of in rough shape - there was a big gap between the tub and wall, for example. Not a big deal though. Also, it was very rainy that weekend, and there was a bit of a damp musty smell that we couldn’t really get rid of. Probably normal for that time of year in an older unit. The couch had an odd balance to it…it sort of tilted forward. It felt like you were leaning forward the whole time you were sitting.

First off, I want to address one of my concerns before going was the location but the neighborhood was very quiet with people walking, biking, etc. It can use some ipdates but it would definitely stay there again.

Nice for a small group. There are some area of maintenance the house needs. Specifically in the bathroom.
