The 74 m² apartment, featuring high-quality furnishings, accommodates up to 6 people. Two separate bedrooms (the one on the left with balcony access) invite you to relax, dream, and enjoy a restful night’s sleep. Both rooms are equipped with comfortable box-spring beds and an LED TV (81 cm). The comfortable living room couch can be converted into another double bed.

The large, sun-drenched living room leaves nothing to be desired: entertainment is provided by an LED TV (107 cm), a DVD player, a Bose Wave Music System, and free Wi-Fi. Books, CDs, DVDs, and games provide plenty of variety. Wind down the day in a cozy atmosphere with a glass of wine on the 12 m² covered balcony facing southwest.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped: stove with ceramic cooktop, range hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and much more.

The bathroom offers a relaxing atmosphere with a large walk-in shower, a real-glass shower enclosure, and heated floors. Like the guest bathroom, it features a convenient heated towel rack.

In the storage room, you’ll find, among other things, an ironing board, an iron, a clothes drying rack, and a vacuum cleaner.

Parking space No. 27, which belongs to your apartment, is located in the covered section of the underground garage. You can easily reach the apartment via the elevator.

Enjoy the sun, feel the breeze on your face, go for walks along the kilometer-long sandy beach, build sandcastles, collect seashells, look for lugworms, gather beach finds, and enjoy sports and wellness—Cuxhaven is always worth a visit. There’s something new to discover and exciting things to experience in every season.

The Residenz Hohe Lith, with its four buildings, is located right next to the beach, just behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a breathtaking view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some uncovered), assigned according to apartment number (max. clearance height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bicycles (excluding e-bikes).

Beach chair rental at particularly favorable rates (while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.


Free Wi-Fi internet access in all vacation apartments.
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.



Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and check-out from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
