You’ll be staying in a one-room apartment for up to 2 people with approximately 28 m² of living space on the 4.
th floor. Living/sleeping area with a double sofa bed, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen,
shower/toilet, flat-screen satellite TV
Please note: There is no balcony and no parking space available. Additionally, this is the only apartment at
that cannot be accessed via the elevator without stepping over a threshold. This apartment can only be reached via
a wide staircase leading down from the 4th floor.
Upon arrival, you’ll receive a parking permit for free street parking in exchange for a €50.00 deposit.



The Hohe Lith Residence, consisting of four buildings, is located right next to the beach, directly behind the dike in Cuxhaven Duhnen. The comfortable apartments are fully equipped, and some offer a stunning view of the North Sea.
Recreational amenities: children’s playground; wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and infrared cabin; the Steinmarne outdoor pool is just a few minutes’ walk away.

Parking spaces in the underground garage (some not covered), assigned according to apartment number (max. entry height 2.00 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (excluding e-bikes).

Beach chair rental at especially favorable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.


Free Wi-Fi internet access in all vacation apartments.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM



Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out from 5:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
