The house was great! It’s walking distance to the water, train bridge, walking paths, playground, and waterpark. I loved the back patio and private dock. The train was not too active during the day. It was most active at night. One night was excessive but the other 4 nights it only woke me up 2x.

The house was very clean and roomy. The kitchen only had settings for 4 (minus 1 salad plate) so we had to wash dishes after each use. There were no extra trash bags for the kitchen trash can. The light bulb was out by the front door with no spare bulbs so I had to take one from the rear porch. And the back porch had not been cleaned so we were not able to use it. Guests should also know the the condo is right next to a train trestle so there was a lot of train whistle blowing.

Nice stay for Carlsbad. The hosts were very accommodating and kitchen was well stocked..
