Located in the heart of downtown Asheville, you will be within steps of all that the city has to offer. The finest restaurants, breweries, music venues and art are all within walking distance of this convenient location. If you are looking for the ultimate Asheville experience, this location is the perfect home base for you. Plus, you can PARK A CAR and leave it during your stay in our SECURED, ENCLOSED GARAGE LOCATED WITHIN THE BUILDING.
The second floor unit is beautifully decorated and provides with you with a two-bedroom, open living room and fully equipped kitchen. The hardwood floors and high ceilings represents the charm that you will experience in Asheville but with modern upgrades and conveniences.
Linens are provided for the comfortable king size and queen size beds and in the full 2 baths. A laundry room is located inside the building.
We also have a one-bedroom unit in the same building. This is perfect for family or friends traveling together.
**CHECK-IN IS BETWEEN 4-9PM. NO CHECK-INS AVAILABLE AFTER 9PM WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL

The apartment is in the perfect location for walking around Asheville. Having a secure indoor parking space was very convenient and safe. Check in was handled smoothly and easily with Rick, the resident manager. He provided strong recommendations for local restaurants/attractions. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We had everything we could have needed in the kitchen. You need to bring your own toiletries and there are steps to get to the apartment. This wasn't an issue for us but those with mobility issues might not be comfortable. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed everything about this condo. The location is central to so many places to eat and shop, we did not need to cook, but the kitchen is well appointed and we certainly could have done so. The garage parking is very convenient, as is the front street entrance, and the bldg is absolutely secure. The beds are very comfortable and linens were great. Living space is roomy and has everything a guest could need. We had a wonderful weekend, and if we had the time, we could’ve had an additional night free! Highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was within walking distance of several places we visited. Rick, the building manager, was fantastic to deal with. The condo was clean and comfortable.

Excellent location. Nicely appointed. Private parking is an amazing feature for the location. Hosts were welcoming and easy to communicate with.
