A private king-bed guest suite in Summerland with ensuite bath and kitchenette — an easy, affordable coastal stay for two, minutes from the beach. Danya's welcomes you the way Summerland does: gently. Climbing vines wrap the entrance in green, the garden setting softens every sound, and inside, a genuine king bed promises the kind of sleep vacations are supposed to deliver. One of Chosen's original guest suites, it's the smart traveler's answer to overpriced hotel rooms on this stretch of coast.

THE SPACE. The king bed is the centerpiece — full-size, quality linens, built for lingering. A private full bathroom, TV, and a well-planned kitchenette (mini fridge, microwave, coffee station, plates and essentials) make the suite fully self-sufficient for light meals, morning coffee, and late-night tea. Everything within reach, nothing in the way.

WELLNESS HERE. Uncomplicated rest — a real king bed, quiet garden surroundings, the Chosen welcome gift on arrival, and guest access to our Santa Barbara wellness partner network.

THE LOCATION. Summerland's beach-town heart — walkable to cafés and the shoreline, 10 minutes to Montecito and downtown Santa Barbara. An older, well-loved building whose charm matches its friendly price.

GOOD TO KNOW. This home is part of Chosen's Beach Collection — older, well-loved coastal homes with character, charm, and a few quirks that come with age and salt air. What they trade in modern polish they return in location, views, and value.
