Great location for getting around the west side of town; walking distance to the University, across the street from the Chena River. Borrow a canoe in the summer to take a float downstream! With multiple options for rental, we are able to accommodate families or larger groups for reunions, weddings or just vacationing. Each apartment comes with free wireless and cable TV, a whirlpool tub in the bathroom, and queen or king sized beds. Kitchens are fully stocked with cookware.

We came up to Fairbanks to visit family for he Labor Day weekend. Great, quiet place with plenty of room to stay with our two dogs. Definitely would stay here again.

Great place to stay. Clean with the only smell is fresh air if you open the windows and relax. Internet was very good. For the price this is a good place.

Family of five adults stayed in the basement apartment for a week. The three bedrooms had windows allowed plenty of light during the day. The kitchen is large and had all the features we needed to cook meals for our group. The grounds were well-kept with beautiful landscaping. The host was very friendly. We would stay here again.

3 bedroom suite- one not a bedroom but a walk thru room. 6 people staying but only 3 chairs to sit on. Bad odor in stairwell and drifted into 1st bedroom every night one door was opened. Not enough towels for six people
