**While the resort features a private beach, water access is regulated by the Florida Department of Health. If water quality concerns arise, the department may issue advisories or restrict water access entirely. It was a beautiful place to stay for the very reasonable price. I really enjoyed watching the dolphins play every day just outside our door. The host was easy to get ahold of. It was overall a very nice stay!
