Enjoy your private upstairs suite with 1,200 sq. ft. (111 sq. m) of space, perfect for a peaceful getaway. This home features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths with 2 free parking providing plenty of room for a comfortable stay. The entrance is via the back patio (featuring outdoor seating and a BBQ) or the front door. Conveniently located just a 10-15 minute Uber/Lyft ride from local attractions like Stanley Park and top shopping destinations.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all:
• Check-in: 3 PM | Check-out: 11 AM
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM
• No parties or events ($1,000 fines for violations)
• No smoking indoors (outdoor ashtray provided)
• No illegal activities
• No shoes inside the house
• Pets: Maximum of 2 pets with a $189 cleaning fee per booking. Guests must clean up after pets.
Security & Privacy:
• 6 exterior cameras and a home security system monitor guest compliance with house rules, including guest numbers.
• We live downstairs but respect your privacy and do not enter your space.
Important Notes:
• Any neighborhood disruptions (e.g., noise complaints, littering, or smoking indoors) will result in fines or eviction.

The host was very receptive and got back to us quickly and solved the problem but it is sort of odd not to be able to control the heat in the home. Nice place. Great neighborhood and location in town.

Our stay at this suite was excellent. We had a few minor issues, but the host was immediately available by phone or text when we had them, and resolved our issues as quickly as possible. Everything in the suite was as advertised, and the location was good for getting just about anywhere by transit.
