Welcome to Rock-n-Kosh Bungalow — a peaceful riverfront escape where families and friends come to relax, reconnect, and make lifelong memories together.

Tucked along a quiet “no wake” section of the Rock River near Lake Koshkonong, our 3,000 sq ft bungalow offers the perfect balance of nature, comfort, and fun — with the feeling of being away from it all while still close to town.

✨ Sleeps 12 comfortably
✨ 4 bedrooms | 2.5 baths
✨ Private pier & waterfront views
✨ Eagle’s Nest Lodge gathering space
✨ Kayaks, canoe & paddleboard

Guests love spending mornings on the sun porch with coffee, afternoons kayaking or fishing from the pier, and evenings gathered around the fire pit under the Wisconsin stars.

The favorite spot for many is the Eagle’s Nest Lodge above the garage — a cozy hangout space with a bar, jukebox, TV, games, and balcony views where you may even spot bald eagles soaring over the river.

Inside the garage game room, you’ll find ping pong, air hockey, arcade games, Xbox, darts, and more — plenty to keep kids, teens, and adults entertained.

Bring your own boat or rent one nearby to explore beautiful Lake Koshkonong for boating, tubing, skiing, and swimming. Prefer to stay on land? Enjoy nearby biking trails, golf, beaches, parks, shopping, and small-town charm.

One guest described it perfectly:

“If you are looking for a riverside getaway with plenty of amenities and the convenience of being ‘in town’ with an ‘out of town’ feel… this is the place for you!”

Whether you’re planning a family vacation, couples retreat, girls’ weekend, fishing trip, family reunion, attending a wedding, a getaway with friends, or golfing trip…Rock-n-Kosh Bungalow is the kind of place you will want to return to year after year.
