- This single-story home offers step-free entry. Exterior stairs are required to access the backyard, pool, and dock
- While guests' pets are not allowed, the owners bring their dogs inside the home when they stay. The property may not be suitable for those with pet allergies
- This property sleeps 11 guests in 7 beds, with room for up to 12 guests total by using the seasonal pool house. The pool house is not available for guest use in the winter
- The portable crib and crib are available upon request
- Children must be supervised by the pool and dock at all times and wear appropriate flotation gear (not provided)
- The fireplace is not available for guest use
- The water levels are high so the dock is underwater limiting access for walking on it and docking boats there.
- Maintenance comes to the property weekly for lawn care (on Wednesdays) and bi-weekly for pool care
- Your safety matters. This property features 3 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 faces towards the front porch outdoor entry. Camera 2 faces towards the pool. Camera 3 faces the backyard and dock. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion and will be on for the duration of your stay
