This exclusive apartment is located on Calle de Miguel Moya, one of those streets close to Callao square and the Gran Vía of 'Great Madrid'. the history of this street is based on the life of journalism.
This cozy flat is located in one of the best areas of Madrid life, a few minutes from Callao square, between Preciados street and the Gran Vía, which it is one of the most visited places in Madrid.
The Callao square is a special place to visit for any tourist. It is one of the squares with more history and greatest atmosphere.
Preciados street is the most important Madrid's shopping street. It is close to Callao square and Puerta del Sol square, being one of the most centric and busy streets in Madrid.
This excellent flat has a large single space where the living room is connected to the kitchen and the bedroom.
There is always something to visit around our apartment!

Gran Vía is the most famous street in Madrid, where you will find three types of establishments, restaurants, shops and cinemas / theaters.

Great location. Quiet apartment.

The pictures online did not match the property. It was not an attractive place in person. Getting to it with so many stairs was unexpected and difficult. A dog barked consistently the entire time. When it wasn’t barking, it was wailing. The noise was awful. The bed so hard that it was like sleeping on the floor. The pillows were like rocks. Definitely not the best experience. However, the host was very helpful. The location right downtown was ideal. It was easy to walk everywhere.
