There's convenient onsite parking, so you can leave your vehicle behind and let your feet make short work of the 1-minute walk to Mar Menor or the 5-minute walk to Salt Marshes of San Pedro del Pinatar Regional Park.

After you return, unwind by the private pool and enjoy the outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the TV.

The apartment was absolutely lovely if not quite what we expected. Its on the 2nd floor and faces to the north, part of a 20 or so complex with a shared pool for the complex. Not quite 'Private' as advertised. However it really wasn't very busy at all and we regularly had the pool to yourselves so after the initial dissapointment we got used to it and have had an amazing chilled out time. The beach onto Mar Menor right out the gate with lovely warm water and snorkeling was brilliant and the views absolutely stunning too! We did have a brill time and would cetainly consider again inbthe future. Note the wifi was pretty unstable and dropped out completely but Gerard immediately got a technician in who was able to sort it and was somewhat improved after that.

Overall we loved the location and Gerard the owner was very helpful. Sadly the bed pilllows were not very comfy and there was no WIFI which was disappointing as it caused us a lot of messing about.
