Inside, the open concept living, kitchen, and dining areas are designed with large groups in mind. The kitchen features a chef’s gourmet kitchen, with high end appliances and a massive size island with seating for 10–12, and the dining table comfortably seats 15. The living room offers two separate sitting areas, one with a 60-inch flat-screen TV and the other perfect for reading or board games. Each of the six bedrooms includes a private bathroom and a 40-inch flat-screen TV, making it easy for guests to unwind in comfort. The ground level includes ample parking and shaded gathering space, while elevator access is available for an additional fee (waived for elderly or disabled guests). By requesting pool heating, you acknowledge that pool heat is not guaranteed. Refunds will be considered only in the event of a verified mechanical or compressor failure of the heating equipment. Reduced heating performance due to low outdoor temperatures is a known limitation of all pool heaters and is beyond our control. As such, no refunds or rate adjustments will be provided for weather-related heating limitations**

Great spacious property with plenty of room for our crew (13) next to the beach. Beach access is across the street. There is a nice beach view from the house even though there is a house across the street. There is a vacant lot in front of the house so you have good views of the ocean. The house was clean and up-to-date. The pool was smallish but nice. The living area is massive. Bedrooms are good sized. There is an elevator and the elevator fee is waved for seniors. Access to restaurants, shopping on the island, and groceries was easy as well. There are plenty of good family friendly choices for dining on Pensacola Beach.

The house was spacious and inviting. The kitchen was well stocked although a few basic spices would have been nice. The pool had a deep tiered shelf in the shallow end that was great for infants and toddlers. Each bedroom had its own bath which worked very well for each family/couple. Our family of 12 adults and four children under 5 raved about the space, large porch, and short distance to the beach. We would definitely stay in this house again!

Everyone in the family enjoyed our stay. Loved the close access to the beach and the kids loved the heated pool.
