We had the best 8 days here this summer! The house is comfortable and well equipped. We appreciated all the space, high ceilings, seating, comfy beds, roomy bathrooms, closet space, well stocked kitchen, and amenities. Having a full-length mirror in each bedroom was so helpful- so many properties have no mirrors available! Roy was an excellent host who was extremely easy to communicate with. Using some of the provided beach equipment allowed us to pack lighter- always appreciated! The beach was an easy walk- less than 10 minutes- and the pool and tennis/pickleball courts were just steps away! We would love to stay again!

We enjoyed our beach week and everything was as described. The layout is great for a family. The owner was easy to communicate with. Thank you !

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is in a very nice area close to the beach. Very quiet and the girls really enjoyed the pool. The only thing I would say negative about the cottage is it is a bit outdated.

This house is very close to the beach, about a 15 minute walk. It is in a wonderful neighborhood. There are some options for food around 10 minutes walking away. If you want to drive, Seaside is about 10 minutes with traffic and there are several other restaurants a short distance away. There is a pool and tennis courts, but also a beautiful nature trail that really puts "wild Florida" on display. My son and I enjoyed some walks there. Of course, the beaches themselves are the best in the world so any place would do but this one over-delivers!
