The house was very spacious , comfortable and located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood. There is a large fenced yard for privacy and we liked walking the dog to the park at the end of the street . Really conveniently located / centralized to everything . Host was great at communications and promptly helped us check in when there was an issue with the door code.

Everything was clean, easy to navigate with a dog, but the picture were not accurate to the yard. And the neighborhood left a lot to be desired. It was not as close to the UF campus as I had hoped (my fault -- should have checked the map). While I appreciate the effort to make the home welcoming, I will not be staying again.
