Stay right on the BEACH in Unit 611 at Pelican Walk, located on the east end of Panama City Beach on Thomas Drive. Completely renovated in 2022! New bathrooms with custom tile showers, new kitchen, new stainless steel appliances, new washer/dryer combo, 65” Sony TV, king mattress in the bedroom and a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. This one bedroom, two FULL bath condo has AMAZING beach and sunset views. From the Gulf front balcony, you will look out beyond the resort style west side pool to the sugar white sand and turquoise water of the Gulf of Mexico. FREE Beach Chairs! Two free beach chair loungers with umbrella service from March 1 to October 31.

If you are looking for a condo right on the Beach at a family oriented complex, unit 611 is the PERFECT option! Pelican Walk offers a number of resort amenities, including gas and charcoal grill areas, two swimming pools, hot tub, club room with a pool table, courts for racquetball, shuffleboard, tennis and pickleball. Pelican Walk has private beach access and is a short walk to shopping, dining, and entertainment in Panama City Beach. Located on Thomas Dr. just a short 10 minute drive to Pier Park.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Can't ask for much more from a long-term (3 month) stay. Two pools, a hot tub and a pickleball/tennis court. Only thing missing an exercise room, which they have a spot for in an unused racquetball court. That would make it perfect.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My renatal at Pelican Walk, Unit 611, was amazing. The room was updated throughout, the AC, fans, and TVs works amazingly and the bed was pretty comfortable. My complaints or less positive comments are about the overall facility of Pelican Walk. When I turned down the bed on our first night, I was met with long dark strands of hair on the sheets and pillows. So after driving 9 hours and absolutely exhausted, I had to remove the bedding and wash it. That is clearly a housekeeping issue and not a unit issue. Also, the pool areas could really benefit from umbrellas. While it was not as hot as normal during the week we were there, it was so sunny and having the option to get out of the sun would have been great. The water pressure at the beach access was basically the same as me trying to spit to get sand off of things - terrible. Overall, the experience was fine. Additionally, one of the two elevators was down all week for maintenance, which was a slight inconvenience. Our unit was beautiful and well stocked.
