This cozy room is set on the second floor of a traditional stone building typical for Old town. Upon entering the room, you can find a bathroom with a shower, a work friendly space, one double bed, sitting area with chairs and a small corner with a fridge. The room is fully air conditioned so it provides a comfortable stay during the summer heats.

The room is a great choice for all travelers who wish to stay in the city center close to all important attractions: St. Blaise church monasteries, Onofrio fountain, Rector's palace. For travelers who are looking for a more relaxing place to swim and relax under the sun, Old town port offers frequent boat line during spring and summer time to the nearby Lokrum island.

Please note: the apartment is located within Dubrovnik’s Special Traffic Regulation Zone, introduced in June 2025. Arrival by private car is not possible, as vehicle access is restricted in this area.

*In response to the recent spread of COVID-19 we have implemented new procedures for cleaning and disinfection. Safety of our guests, their families and our staff is important to us. In order to prevent the spread of disease our staff is measuring body temperature on a daily basis even if they feel well , we also encourage our guests to do the same.

All surfaces with which the guest came into contact with (nightstand, table, chair, coffee table, any and all furniture, amenities, telephone, remote control, door handles  etc.), are cleaned with a suitable detergent and disinfectant with at least 70% alcohol. Special attention is given to the cleaning of all bathroom surfaces before new guests arrive.

In order to avoid any unnecessary contact, bed linen and towel will be changed only on arrival/departure, for longer stays, sufficient towels and linen will be left in the property.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 15:00, or earlier in case apartment has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare apartment for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 15:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet, feel free to leave your luggage at our luggage storage, located at Čubranovićeva 11a street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.

In order to receive your entrance code it is important that you fill out our PreCheck-in form which will be sent to you automatically several times before your arrival.
