The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. This house was perfect for our ski vacation. The views from the property are great, and the house was well equipped. Winter Park Escapes was quick to respond to any questions or requests that we had. Overall a great experience.

Great place with a wonderful view! Only issue would be the first floor is always freezing and the top floor was always to hot which led to sleeping comfort issues. Other than that we felt the house was quite nice and loved the view!

3 story home. King bedroom on bottom floor. King bedroom on main floor. Bunk room on 3rd floor. Bunk room is a set of steel bunk beds. I believe there was a trundle under each bunk as well. Mattresses were all very hard so a plus if you like hard mattresses. We used the extra blankets provided in the closets on all of the beds. I would suggest not putting temp higher than 64 as it gets hot in the bedrooms. Take quick showers or all the hot water will be gone if showering at the same time. The game room upstairs off the bunk room is nice for kids / young adults to hang separate from parents.
