Spanning 1,765 square feet, this spacious chalet features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, including a master king suite and a guest king room, along with a unique bunk room that accommodates up to 10 guests comfortably. With 3.5 bathrooms, everyone will have ample space to unwind and refresh after a day of adventure.
The heart of the home is its inviting living area, complete with a cozy gas fireplace, perfect for gathering with loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, and microwave, making meal preparation a breeze. This property allows up to 2 dogs only for an additional fee of $49 nightly. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non compliance. The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. There is parking for 4 vehicles total, 2 vehicles in the garage and 2 in the driveway in front of the garage door. STR License #006808

The amenities were absolutely top notch. The location was close to everything needed with a great walking trail. The property was very clean with nothing left to desire. I was able to give a five star because we were unable to gain access upon our arrival. We were told there may be an issue and was given a secondary code just in case. Unfortunately, that code didn’t work either. After about 40 minutes it was resolved.
