Step into a thoughtfully decorated, 1,500 sq ft air-conditioned space designed for comfort and relaxation. With clean lines and an airy feel, every room is staged to make you feel welcome.
Main Level Living The open-concept downstairs is perfect for gathering. Unwind on the comfortable leather sofa (which converts to a bed) or the plush velvet armchair while you watch TV. The main floor also features:
-A fully equipped, eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances.
-A dedicated desk and chair, creating a perfect spot for remote work.
-A convenient half-bath with an in-unit washer and dryer.
-A small back patio for a breath of fresh air.
Upstairs Bedrooms & Baths Rest peacefully in three tastefully appointed bedrooms:
Primary Suite: A spacious room with a king-sized bed and a private ensuite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combo.
Bedroom 2: A cozy room with a comfortable queen-sized bed.
Bedroom 3: A versatile room with two twin beds, ideal for kids or friends.

We enjoyed a weeks stay at this property. The condominium was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Amy & Stephanie were very responsive when we needed anything. We will definitely stay here again.

Loved the proximity to campus. We stayed there during move in week at IU and loved how close it was to campus and running errands. The condo complex is quiet and there was always parking. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of linens.

Appears to be a remodeled to modern condo in fair-mid maintained condominium complex. Clean, convenient location, minutes from campus, eats, gas, shops. Typical amenities for bathrooms and kitchen. Very accommodating host for a late check-out and quick responses.Suggestion: window blind or covering for the kitchen window for additional privacy from neighboring condos
