With easy access to downtown Williamstown, Rt 75, and plenty more, you will be in the perfect spot to enjoy everything this gorgeous area has to offer. Enjoy grilling on the back deck, or playing games in the lower level of the house making the most of this lovely cottage!
The Space:
This cozy brick cottage is equipped with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen equipped with all the essentials for everyday cooking needs, a comfortable living room, and a deck off the house with built-in benches, a grill, and access to the sloping back yard. You'll also find laundry units and table games in the basement, just off the kitchen!
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire home. Entry is through the front door using a unique key code. Access to the home is limited to registered guests only—any visitors must be approved by the host and may not stay overnight.
We require all guests to sign our rental agreement and provide photo ID via the digital form before check-in instructions will be sent. Check-in info is sent 5 days prior to check-in, assuming completion of the rental agreement.
The Neighborhood:
This house is located in the rural Williamstown area with fields and trees and other residential homes nearby! The railroad also runs nearby. The popular Ark Encounter attraction is less than 2 miles and a very easy drive away!
Getting Around:
Driving a rental or personal vehicle is your best bet in this beautiful rural setting.

The house was adorable and cozy! Only two things I would say: Maybe put a gate by the steps on the balcony. There is a pretty big gap between the first step. So a gate for kids and adults as well just for safety. Last the bedding situation. Maybe have a few blanket options for a heavier blanket for the bedrooms. They get cold at night. Or let the clients know to bring their own bedding. We went and bought some while we stayed there.

The kids loved playing downstairs. We appreciated the bbq grill for grilling steaks. The house was very clean and communication was good. We really loved that it was so close to the Ark.

Each room was clean amd had a. Great theme. The Astronaut room, Kentucky room wirh privat we bath, and dinosaur twin bed room. Eeverything was clesn, well organized and very comfortable. Highly recommend it. Extremely close to THE ARK RNCOUNTER. They had a huge TV andRecommended places to eat.
