In a superb position right on the shores of Aboyne Loch, enjoy the wonderful surroundings from the decking area at the front of the house.. Ground Floor:

Bedroom 3: 2 x Single (3ft) Beds
Bathroom: Bath With Shower Over, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate. Welcome pack. . Grounds with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Enclosed decked area. Coarse fishing on-site (at cost, license required). Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: There are steps in grounds and an unfenced lake 5 yards away.. What a stunning location for a holiday. Right on the lochside at Aboyne Loch, this lovely holiday home makes the most of its fabulous position with patio doors leading onto decking right outside the spacious open plan living area with fine views over the loch and beyond towards Aboyne Golf Course. This is a great spot to soak up the surroundings; you will be rewarded with sightings of ospreys, deer and other wildlife all from the comfort of your armchair. Upstairs, the master bedroom again has picture windows running the whole length of the gable end, while on the other side of the house there is a cosy twin room as well as bathroom with shower.
On-site, coarse fishing and stand-up paddleboarding can be arranged directly with the owner, while keen golfers can enjoy the challenges of Aboyne Golf Course on the far side of the loch. Centrally located in Royal Deeside, Aboyne is a popular Deeside village with some good shops and eateries. During the summer months Royal Deeside is host to many highland games including Aboyne, Ballater and Lonach Highland Games as well as the Braemar Gathering. The area is a mecca for wildlife enthusiasts, with the Muir of Dinnet Reserve, the Lochnagar Reserve and Mar Estate offering further chances to glimpse ospreys, otters and wildfowl. The ski slopes at the Lecht and Cairngorms can be easily reached, and these areas also offer plenty of good hillwalking. Golf courses abound and some good day trips would include Crathes Castle, Balmoral and the Cambus O’ May Forest walks.

Lovely cabin right on the loch. It's exactly as described. There was plenty of space in the cabin, and plenty of space to roam outdoors with the walking trails. Aboyne has some nice eateries. Our favorites were The Black Sheep and the Oriental Chinese Takeaway. Aboyne is a charming town with lovely people.

Booked Golf View for a week of discovering Deeside, weren’t disappointed.
Property is incredibly built half over Loch with ducks, swans, occasional water skier and golfers in distance, all viewed from massive (but safe glass fronted patio) ceiling to floor windows In living area and master bedroom.
Every basic supplied- even oil tin foil ice cubes etc.
Photos don’t do the property justice, but if going book now as pricing level far to low for quality size and location.
