Kia Ora and welcome to our beautiful home. It is perfectly located for the best views in Queenstown and only 700 metres from town, (8-10 min walk) where you will find fabulous restaurants, activities and shops.
Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.
The Space
A three-bedroom home on a single level, in central Queenstown, walking distance from the lakefront. The living areas look out to views of Lake Wakatipu, Walter Peak and Kelvin Heights Golf Course from the front balcony and selected bedrooms.
Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, including a master with ensuite, with views from the front balcony and selected bedrooms.
Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms. Ensuite with standing shower; Main bathroom with standing shower.
Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with series 6 built-in dishwasher (type sd6pw6b), induction cooktop, electric oven (), inverter microwave (), built-in fridge freezer (fridge top, freezer bottom).
Balcony: Two outdoor patios (only 1 with furniture).
Standard configuration:
Master Bedroom: 1 King bed
Bedroom 2: 2 Single beds
Bedroom 3: 2 Single beds
Guest Access
Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.
The Neighbourhood
The neighbourhood is wonderful. A few minutes walk from the front door are the Ben Lomond hiking and walking tracks. The lakeshore walking track is just down the road and the views from our house are the best in Queenstown!
It is a very quiet neighbourhood... centrally located, but set back from the noise of the town centre, so you'll find it very relaxing and quiet during your stay.

Distance from Queenstown Airport: 8.5 km
Distance from Queenstown Town Centre: 1.2 km
Distance from The Remarkables: 24.7 km

Other Things to Note / Good to Know
Stairs: Five external steps up to the front balcony. No internal stairs. Single-level living once inside
Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power
Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on
Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.
Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.
Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.
House Rules
Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.
At least one guest must be over the age of 22
No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter
This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Really fantastic base for a week in Queenstown! The Bach was lovely and clean with everything we needed inside - coffee press, microwave, lots of pots and pans. The layout was good too and we loved not having a key. Just a short walk into town, Steep on the way home but a good counter balance to all the ice cream we ate!

Wonderful property with amazing views! We enjoyed spending time on the expansive deck watching the TSS Earnslaw go by as well as beautiful sunrises and sunsets. It was a peaceful and quite location but within an easy walk (15 min) to the downtown area. It was perfect for our family. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

We had such a great time in Queenstown, so many activities for our family of five including the spectacular Milford Sound and a terrific hike up to Ben Lomond. The house itself was exactly as presented online. Walkable from town, an amazing aspect and view out onto the lake, a good size for 5 adults and spotlessly clean. We also had very good communication from Hello Queenstown during check in, check out and throughout our stay. We have no hesitation recommending this house to others.
