Welcome to our beautiful home, which is perfectly located for the best views in Queenstown and only 800 metres from town (8-10 min walk) where you will find fabulous restaurants, activities and shops.
Our home has everything you need to make your perfect Queenstown holiday memories.
The Space
A three-bedroom home on a single level, in Fernhill, just above central Queenstown. The living areas look out to great view of remarks.
Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, including a master with ensuite, with great view of remarks.
Bathrooms: One full bathroom with standing shower. Laundry is also located inside it. One separated toilet room.
Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with oven, cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, electric kettle, rice cooker, and benchtop blender.
Balcony: Entry balcony with outdoor table and seating.
Standard configuration:
Master Bedroom: 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen Bed
Bed configuration:
Master Bedroom: 1 Queen Sized Bed
Bedroom 2: 2 Single Beds or 1 King Bed

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms.
The Neighbourhood
Right outside our front door are the Ben Lomond hiking and walking tracks. The lakeshore walking track is just down the road and the views from our house are the best in Queenstown!
It is a very quiet neighbourhood and all the windows are double glazed, so you'll find it very relaxing and quiet during your stay.

Distance from nearest supermarket: FreshChoice Queenstown, 64 Gorge Road — 1.9 km
Distance from Queenstown Airport: 8.6 km
Distance from Queenstown Town Centre: 1.3 km
Distance from The Remarkables: 24.8 km
Distance from Coronet Peak: 17.2 km
Other Things to Note / Good to Know
Stairs: External access only. The apartment is accessed via a short flight of approximately seven exterior stairs leading up to the entry balcony. There are no internal stairs within the property
Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power
Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on
Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.
Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.
Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.
The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.
House Rules
Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.
At least one guest must be over the age of 22
No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter
This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Great stay in Queenstown. Older cottage but its comfortable and everything works and was clean and the views are to die for! Host was extra accommodating when we suddenly needed to stay an extra night. Yes you can walk to town but be prepared for some vertical slogs up steep roads to get back.

The views are just incredible from this home. We found ourselves staring constantly and it didn’t matter if it was day, night , sunny or overcast, it was always amazing. Home has plenty of space, the washer and dryer are great for a family and the distance to town is easily walkable. If we were to improve on anything it would be an outdoor deck and more tvs but in reality, those aren’t a deal breaker. Great place and yes we would stay here again

Host was welcoming & had great communication with us before, during & after. Lovely place to stay. Was clean & tidy & we really appreciated there was hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, laundry liquid etc so we didn't have to buy them or travel with them. We had everything we needed. Thank you so much for such an enjoyable stay! Didn’t want to go home
