- Kitchen with all amenities, custom steel countertops, gas stove, Euro-style fridge, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer and all kitchen necessities - everything you need to cook a big meal or warm up take-out.
- Soapstone double sink vanity in large bathroom. Shower a tub.
- Large 2nd floor deck with grill, seating, and abundant sunrise and alpenglow views - shade on summer afternoons.
- Fresh eggs when the girls are laying.
- Sits atop a garage with an outside entrance requiring climbing a flight of stairs to the best view around.
- Owners live on opposite end of property and are available for questions and recommendations, or happy to give you your privacy. Feel free to wave as you walk past to pet the horses.
Country living at its best while also being a short (3 mile) bike ride or walk on a multi-use path into town.

The charming small town boasts more than 15 art galleries and a slew of boutique shops. Don't miss the Farmer's Market on Wednesdays in the summer and festivals throughout the year.
Hiking and biking trails wind through the surrounding mountains. And the Yellowstone River runs through it all with opportunities for blue ribbon trout fishing and floating. Bring your gear or rent it in town.

We came to Livingston for a wedding. Since we had never been to Montana, we decided to make a trip out of it and stay a few extra days! I knew the area was gorgeous and didn't want to stay in town (even though it is truly the most charming little town!) The Nest was absolutely perfect for what my family and I were looking for. It's just outside of town with the most beautiful views! The property was perfect for a family or even two couples looking for a great location to stay. Robin was the best host! She was very quick with communication, answering any questions I had about the area and with giving recommendations for things to do in the area. The Nest has everything you need for your stay. Its a great location for visiting Yellowstone as its about a 45 min drive from the north entrance. The property itself is amazing. Very clean, modern, safe, with the most spectacular views! We were able to see lots of wildlife on our trip! We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well stocked. It was close to town but felt like you weren’t. We even saw a bald eagle and mule dear all from the porch.

Host was super friendly and accommodating. The place was well stocked and very clean. Wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed more hiking.

We loved this place: cozy, clean, gorgeous views, convenient and beautiful location. The hosts were excellent and the chickens and wildlife added extra charm. Hope to come back!
